This event is the first in a series of Water Town Halls for Philadelphia City Council Districts.

The Philadelphia Water Department wants to hear from residents about their interests, issues and concerns, and this Water Town Hall is an opportunity to speak to Water Department and Water Revenue staff to ask questions about:

Water bills & assistance
Customer service and customer assistance
Homeowners Emergency Loan Program for plumbing issues or lead service line replacement
Drinking Water Quality
Green City, Clean Waters and Rain Check
Planned construction in the neighborhood

Residents can also find out about the services the Water Department provides and how they can volunteer for cleanups, become stewards of their environment, and more!

Look out for future Water Town Hall dates on our website and on Facebook and Twitter.
